I started as a Builder 30 + years ago, gaining invaluable experience as Chief builder for my late fathers business, C M Read Builders in Caterham. After around 20 years I decided to start up my own building company D C Read Builders & Landscapers. I have maintained my business through recommendations of which I feel is a testament to the standard of work that myself and my Subcontractors perform. Many of my Subcontractors go way back with me from where my building journey started. We are very much a family business with my brother Gavin Read who also formerly worked for CM Read Builders working alongside me and our newest addition, my son. We aim to exceed your expectations and will always provide you with a honest and accurate Estimate.
